Fall Festival Committee - Starts work in Aug, event is in October

This committee coordinates vendors, games, crafts, decorations, food, and use of space for the event. Be on the look out for signups to help collect candy, cakes, and possible other needed items.

Silent Auction Committee - Starts work in Aug, event is in October

We are working hard to collect donations for our annual silent auction, happening at Fall Festival! If you have or know of a business that would be able to donate an item, experience, admission, or gift card please email belmarfundraiser@gmail.com to let our fundraising chair know. We can also provide a donation letter that includes our EIN for tax purposes.

Staff Grants Committee - Currently Active!

Sends grant application forms in the fall and spring to staff then reviews requests and makes recommendations for membership vote. Fall staff grant applications are open and recommendations will be made at the October PTA meeting and again in the spring.

Conference Dinners - Starts work in September planning for 2 conferences

Coordinates a meal, delivery, and set up for staff staying late for October and January/February conferences.

Chili Cook-Off/BINGO Night - Starts working in Dec, event is in February

Plans the annual chili cook-off contest and BINGO night that takes also showcases the Not a Box projects by our students!

STEAM Night - Starts working in Jan, event is in April

Plans an evening of science, technology, engineering, ARTS, and math! A good evening demonstrating the power of the ARTS in STEM fields.

Staff Appreciation - Bulk of work starts in March, also ongoing

Coordinates ways to show appreciation to our incredible staff during Teacher Appreciation Week in May as well as any other days when extra appreciation is needed.

Field Day - Starts working in April, event is in May

Plans BBQ lunch for students and families on field day.

Celebration of Learning Art Show - Starts Working in April, event is in May

Coordinates appetizers and photo booth for end of year art show.

Community Service - Ongoing

Considers ways PTA can serve the community!

School Beautification/Gardening - Ongoing

Coordinates aesthetic improvements that PTA can help provide to the school.

Financial Review - Ongoing

Checks PTA bank statement against treasurer register to ensure spending is accurate.
